Denise did it AGAIN!!! As with some clients, they dont understand the value of staging. I told my clients Denise was amazing at what she does and if they wanted to sell their home for more than what the area was going for, they were going to need to stand out from the crowd. Denise was able to incorporate predominantly mid-century modern pieces to match the homes style perfectly with her own flare and it turned out phenomenal. She also went ABOVE and BEYOND and staged the hillside deck that was a major part of the homes draw but wouldve been overlooked if it wasnt for Denise's magic in staging the outside elements to draw the buyers eye.
